I’ve let go of liquid soaps in the last few years and opted to used classic solid soaps for my hygiene but between trendy scents or seasonal supply I haven’t been able to find a soap I can stay with.

Other stuff means everything you find in a home: tv sets, music players, several sets of cutlery, china and coffee sets, mattresses, lamps, ceiling hanging lamps, books, clothes, magazines, portable radiators, curtains, linens, pans, microwaves, pots… The whole house has to go before selling it.

My father is sorting items in his huge houses, 2 of them, to sell, give away or dump as a hopefully previous step to downsizing, which took me to think about how much stuff of my childhood sits there wasting space, stuff I could try to sell or give away, because after my parents die I don’t plan to move back there: I’ve made my life elsewhere and down there there are no decent jobs.

I’m trying to create a web app that involves sharing of user-generated content, but one of the goals is that the service host operator should be blind to the content. Only authorized users should be able to see the content shared with them. This implies the content must be encrypted at rest, and users must hold custody of their private signing key.

I have a rooted redmi note 11 pro 4g with unofficial lineageos installed. It is my personal device. But I barely use it. If someone calls I pick up, that’s about it. Here’s the thing. The optometrist I went to retired and sold his practice to this big company. Basically, they’ve hired a brand new OD. He’s part time, and he’s only been there 3 months. It’s literally not his fault the staff and company are toxic, but under my state professional regulation boards, the company itself doesn’t have a license. I’d have to file the complaint against the OD. I don’t feel great about that. I feel like making a mark against this OD does nothing to the company.

I can research and find open source audio editors, I have access to a good mic setup, and I can write a script, record it, and edit it. My concern is more of the release side. I can just barely read standard musical notation but it’s far from fluent. I’m wondering if, with enough practice you can look at sheet music that you have never heard or seen before and sound it out in your head before ever touching your instrument?
