henfredemarsA strong message at sentencing only goes so far. People have to also believe they have a reasonable risk of getting caught. Otherwise, they don’t care how harsh the sentence is when they don’t believe it will happen to them.
Everyone that has access to sensitive information should know that anything they do can and will be logged. Its usually just a matter of time before you get caught.
