That was an… interesting read. Who even uses these apps?! An AI is not going to reliably diagnose you normally, much less just on a picture of your poop…

You may be underestimating the number of victims that, if they ever find this out would say, “jokes on them, they’re staring at my shit! Besides, the shit pics aren’t connected to me personally, so I …don’t even give a shit! lol”.

As for the who of your question, lots suffer bowel problems enough to try something free, and many others do it for equally mundane reasons.

Good reminder for anyone concerned about not being able to find a job: literally anything can be a startup. If this guy can get 25,000 people to send him photos of their shit, you can find a way to get a 5th of that user base to give you $5 a month
