Recipe from the “Mealime” app. I think it was called Indian-style turkey fried rice.
Are you telling me a turkey fried this rice?

I’ve never done Indian style fried rice, only Thai, Chinese, Japanese, and Malay. What sorts of spices does it call for? Evidently not turmeric
Curry powder, cumin, and paprika. And I guess salt/pepper. I didn’t have any curry powder, but the recipe suggested cumin as a substitute so I just used a bunch of cumin and paprika. Overall it was very good! I’d put a bit more paprika next time though
You did good. Curry powder is a British scam anyway.
Ha! The recipe also said I could make my own with a bit of extra seasonings, mostly cumin though, so I figured I’d just use base cumin for it
